Funding
The encumbrance is stored in FM and displayed in HR-PM.
- The information on encumbrances is not kept at the position level, but at the aggregated budget carrier (if applied) level.
A commitment position refers to a pre-commitment position.
- I.e. the commitment takes the pre-commitment into account.
