Funding
- is based on default values for positions and on payroll simulations for persons.
- can be specified for each salary component.
- Encumbrances for positions are based on default values and correspond to a pre-commitment.
- Encumbrances for persons are based on payroll simulations (resulting from PCP) and correspond to a commitment.
- Hourly employees can be funded.
Re-funding when compensation changes:
- payroll simulation can be repeated. In consequence the funding of the persons concerned can be changed. The encumbrance is changed.
