3 different processes in relation

of the kind of users:

LAC or Professional: the workitem is sent

in the mail of SAP.

Interested user: same + external E-mail.

Internet user: External E-mail in order to

inform.

The hierarchy is used to determine the kind of users and also to

redirect the task in case of non-response.
