Information provided by fiscal year variant automatically determines grant year (just like operating budget today)
No more need to use period budgeting to reflect fund fiscal year/ new options to make use of period budgeting (fully supported in 4.0) -> investigation is needed if this feature is used for other purposes
Budget installments for less than a fiscal year are not solved using fiscal year variants. Further investigation is necessary
