6.2.3 Switching Hydrogens On and Off

The display of hydrogen atoms can be turned on and off by use of the Show hydrogens tick box in the main Mercury window.
If Show hydrogens is switched on but no H-atoms are visible, it is likely that hydrogen-atom positions were not located in the determination of the structure that is currently being viewed, i.e. they are missing from the list of 3D atomic coordinates.
