What is Grad Hillel?
Grad Hillel is an association of Jewish graduate students from all parts of the MIT community. Grad Hillel sponsors programs, dinners, outings, and social programs to enrich the lives of Jewish graduate more information on our programs, please come to our events page.

Who comes to Grad Hillel?
Grad Hillel is a diverse Jewish community, made up of people from all types of Jewish backgrounds and from all over the country and the world. Our members feel a connection to being Jewish and participate in Grad Hillel so that they can meet other Jewish graduate students at MIT and in the greater Boston community.

How do I get involved?
Stop by any of our events during the term Ð you'll have the chance to meet people, ask questions, and have fun. Also, the Grad Hillel Planning Committee is open to any interested graduate students. We meet once or twice a term to plan Grad Hillel events. Help us make them happen!

What is Hillel at MIT?
Hillel is the umbrella organization for Grad Hillel and many other Jewish and Israeli interest groups on campus. Hillel is your Jewish home away from home. We sponsor social events, sports teams, religious services, classes, community service projects, regular kosher meals, and much, much more! We recently marked our 55th anniversary.

What is the Hillel Center? The Hillel Center is a multi-purpose room in the Religious Activities Center (RAC) open daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. for members of the Jewish community. Use the Hillel Center as a lounge or place to study. Hillel's Judaic Library, available to the MIT community, is located in the Hillel Center. Hillel classes, meetings, and religious services are held there. Two Kosher kitchens and several dining/meeting rooms are located in the building. The Hillel staff offices are located on the lower level of the RAC.
