MIT Hillel, in conjunction with the MIT Club of Israel, helps MIT students find internship opportunities in Israel. Internships are available in the sciences, hi-tech fields, and more.
Also, apply for an all-expenses-paid internship over the summer to conduct research or work in companies in Israel through MISTI. The MISTI website has all of the details for the application process.
