General outline of our research activity:

1. Identification and characterization of mammalian genes involved in diseases and development,
2. Development and implementation of strategies for efficient mapping of mammalian genomes, and
3. Utilization of mouse genetics to develop useful models for understanding the genetic contribution to human disease phenotypes.
