I am a PhD student in computer science
, where I work at the Broad Institute
in the Sabeti lab.
My research interests are in developing and applying principled computational methods to address current problems in metagenomics and infectious disease. This includes creating more sensitive and comprehensive approaches for studying metagenomes and for microbial surveillance. More broadly, I am interested in algorithms, machine learning, and genomics.
I completed my SB at MIT in 2013 in computer science and in physics, and my MEng at MIT in 2014 in electrical engineering and computer science.
