Ashdown has co-ed units. We would like to know if you are willing to live in a co-ed apartment or suite. MIT Housing will not assign co-ed shared bedrooms, only apartments or suites. Your preference for a co-ed assignment will only be used after the lottery has assigned students to a building and room type.

Rent includes heat, hot water, electricity, on-campus phone service, internet and basic cable as well as all building amenities such as low-cost laundry, gym facilities, front desk services, security patrol and other common spaces. Some dorms have a monthly tax of $5 to cover dorm social activities.
