Housing License Options

Welcome to the MIT Graduate Housing License System. A general introduction to housing license business for new students can be found in the license section of the Graduate Housing Guide.

Please note: some of the pages linked here require MIT personal certificates. (Need help with certificates?)

If you have any questions or need license advice, please do not hesitate to contact the Graduate Housing office during business hours by telephone at (617) 253-5148 or by email at graduatehousing@mit.edu any hour of the day or night.

Housing License Options
License ← Will show you a list of the licenses you have in the system. You can view signed licenses and sign new licenses. (Please sign your 2009 license to renew your housing for 2009-2010 school year.)
Blank ← View an on-line copy of a blank license. The 2009 license is for the 2008-2009 school year, the 2010 license is for the 2009-2010 school year, etc.
Terminate ← Apply to terminate your license agreement. (At least 30 days notice required.) Help?
Sublicenses ← Also called 'sublets'. Here you can find one, advertise for one, or apply for one. Help?
