Summer Conference & Guest Housing

Conference and guest housing
is no longer available for Summer 2009.

  • Please be advised, only direct affiliates of MIT students; faculty; staff; and visiting faculty, students, and scholars are eligible for guest housing. (Alumni, families of students, Whitehead, Draper and Lincoln Lab affiliates are not eligible.)
  • We do not offer guest housing during commencement or during the academic year.
  • For information on visitor housing during the academic year, please visit the: Graduate Housing Visitors Page or Off Campus Temporary Housing. Prospective students can arrange visits during the academic year by contacting the MIT Admissions Office

Important Affiliation Requirements !!!

Due to the housing needs of the MIT summer student residents, MIT conference guests and department sponsored guests, Our on campus summer guest housing limited and available to affiliates, alumni participating in an MIT sponsored event or program, or department sponsored visitors or programs only .

Summer guests must be academically involved with or doing business at MIT. Department account numbers are required for Department Sponsored Guests and should be included in the application or sent by an authorized account approver via e-mail to guesthousing@mit.edu.
