Criteria

Please submit this form if you are cancelling an on-campus undergraduate MIT housing assignment.

You must be in an M.I.T. undergraduate student residence hall to submit this form.
You will automatically receive a copy of the information that is being submitted here.
Fill out this form only if you will be cancelling housing.

Deadline

Fall '08 Housing Cancellations received on or after June 15, 2008 will be subject to a late CANCELLATION FEE of $100.00.
Spring '09 Housing Cancellations received on or after December 1, 2008 will be subject to a late CANCELLATION FEE of $100.00.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations after the deadline will be subject to a non-refundable late CANCELLATION FEE of $100.00 .

Important Housing Cancellation Information

Rent proration may take 1 to 2 billing cycles.
Any questions can be directed to your House Manager.
