The MIT Compensation Office is responsible for the administration of all central Institute compensation programs and for ensuring that these programs are appropriate, competitive, and efficiently managed. The office is located in E19-230 and is open between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Directions:
The Compensation Office is located on the second floor of building E19. We are a short walk from Kendall Square on the corner of Main Street and Ames Street across from Legal Seafoods.
