Administrative Staff Salary Bands

The Administrative classification structure is a "broad-band" structure that blends measures of internal and external market equity. It is the structure from which pay decisions for administrative staff are made.

The Administrative Staff structure consists of 6 levels. Each level has a corresponding "salary band." The first letter in the classification code designates the level.
