As of June 1, 2006, there have been some changes to the Non-Academic Forms.  These changes have been made in support of data needs for the SAP Payroll Go-Live.  The changed forms include:

• Offer Confirmation
• Employee Transaction Change Form (ETCF),
• Request for Posting  

All three forms have had changes to four data fields:

• Time Groups must be entered
• Shift eligibility must be checked for support/service staff who regularly work the second or third shift
• A new work schedule field has been added to capture the non-standard work schedules for Campus Police and Facilities Central Utilities Plant*
• An off-campus indicator has been added for distribution purposes.

*Note that the Work Schedule for Campus Police and Facilities Central Utilities is in addition to the current Work schedule for Support/Service field.
