These awards will be given out at the quarterly HR
department meetings. This is an opportunity for you to show your
appreciation for one another "in real time."
A few days prior to each department meeting, you will
be notified of the new Choice Award theme so you can think in advance
about who you would like to nominate.
At the meeting, you will have the opportunity to confidentially
identify one individual who you believe best represents the essence
of the Choice Award theme. Based on the number of nominations individuals
receive, one or more individuals will be presented with a certificate
of acknowledgement and a $100 Gift certificate (not redeemable for
cash).
