The Choice Awards were presented to HR Staff at quarterly department meetings between October 2002 and October 2004. Nominations were made during the meeting based on a theme and one or two criteria. The HR employee(s) with the most nominations received the award. This award was discontinued in order to dedicate more of the R & R program funds towards the Appreciation Awards.
