Stakeholders interviews revealed the following critical success factors:

  • An expanded definition of what personal data includes.
  • Security should be provided through Kerberos and MIT certificates.
  • Proper authorization should be determined for every type of user and the data they may see and/or update
  • Verification of personal data changes (Lincoln Lab)
  • Hierarchy of access should be determined for what data every type of user will be able to change
  • Ability of Administrative Officers and secretaries to make changes for their faculty and other employees.
