Participative panel includes several L2L alums: Elizabeth Reed, '06; Robert Fadel, '04; John DiFava, '03; Beth Ogar, '03; Brian Donahue, '02; Kirk Kolenbrander, '02, representing each graduating class and who have had a significant change in role or responsibility.

We are asking these individuals to recap their experience in navigating the change, and share a leadership challenge that will facilitate a participative discussion in which we all exchange thoughts, recalling from our L2L learnings.
