Three main areas:
Faculty/senior research staff, academic appointments, staff appointments. The Team identified the possible
transactions, and categories of employees.
We then broke into two groups to map the academic processes. The staff appointment process is already
mapped as a result of a pilot project that devised an interim process for
processing appointments transactions and terminations online.
