- Anticipate issues and do the research it takes
to resolve or understand issues
- Do the homework (and sub-team work) created by
issues raised at meetings so our meeting time is as productive as possible
- Speak one at a time and allow everyone to
participate and share their point of view
- Provide the team with as much information ahead
of time as possible so team members are prepared for meetings (i.e.
agendas, share feedback on data findings, etc)
- Record assignments and agreements as a
reference for all team members and an ongoing log of all outstanding
issues to address.

- Dedicate our efforts to this process
- Ensuring everyone understands the goals the
team needs to meet
- Follow issues through to completion or explain
why an issue cannot be resolved
- Think beyond the immediate issue and capture
the vision of what the future state can be.
- Find the common ground with team members and key
stakeholders.
- Reach out to the community to understand how
this work impacts the various stakeholders.
- Be responsible for the success of the team by
being on time, committing to the work (and homework) and being supportive
of others’ points of view.
- Act as ambassadors for change
- Advocate the many different interests across
campus and at Lincoln
- Be forthcoming with different views and bring
issues to the table
OUTSTANDING QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATION FROM KICK-OFF
MEETING.
- Salary increases: - Clarify if this is in the
AET team or part of the scope of the Position Classification and Annual
Review Process Team
- The AET work excluded the LOA process which is
currently being addressed at the Policy Review level
- The AET work excludes new hires
- The SAP Core Team will help think about how to
address the larger issues resulting from the Termination process such as
canceling access, returning keys, etc.
