Career Highlights:
Dr. Bardon holds a B.S/M.S. from MIT and a M.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Medical School and the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology. During medical school, she was a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Fellow in molecular immunology in the lab of Frederick W. Alt. She went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at the Brigham and Women's Hospital.
After completing her MBA at Harvard Business School, Dr. Bardon joined MPM Capital on a full-time basis as a Kauffman Foundation Fellow. MPM Capital is a biotechnology venture capital fund with over $2.0B under management. While at MPM, she worked under the mentorship of Ansbert Gadicke on evaluating, executing and exiting venture capital investments, as well as operational assistance for MPM portfolio companies. Dr. Bardon previously served as a board observer at Helicos Bioscience.
Dr. Bardon is the author of several peer-reviewed publications and holds two U.S. patents.
