- Take Exit 44 (295 North)
- From 295 North take Exit 10
(Route 1 Buchanon Rd/Falmouth/Cumberland/Cumberland Foreside)
- Turn left off the ramp follow signs for Route 1
- Turn left on Route 1 North at Shaw’s Supermarket
- Drive 3.5 Miles
- Turn right on Tuttle Rd/Cumberland Center/Cumberland Foreside Exit
- At the end of the ramp turn right on Tuttle Rd towards Cumberland Center
- Drive 1.6 Miles Turn Right into Twinbrook Recreation Area
