Final Declarations: Final declarations are due by 6:00 PM, Tuesday, October 28.  All final declarations will be made on Direct Athletics at http://www.directathletics.com. 

Coaches Packets: Team packets are to be picked up upon arrival at Franklin Park on Saturday morning.

Competitors Numbers: Each athlete will receive one bib number to be worn on the chest and two hip numbers.

Facilities: Maps are available online at 5K and 8K

Parking: Vans, cars and buses will be directed by the rangers. For MIT parking if you need showers click here.

Portable Toilets: There will be ample portable toilets provided behind the finish line.

Showers: You will need to let us know in advance if you wish to use our locker rooms or shower facilities.  If you will be using MIT's shower facilities please bring your own towel and soap as well as a lock if you wish to secure your valuables.

Athletic Trainers: Athletic Trainers will be at the site from one hour before the meet until the completion.  Please notify Lisa Murray by phone: 617-253-4908, or email: murrayl@mit.edu in advance if you have questions or special treatment needs. Please bring your own tape and other supplies as needed. Water and ice will be available.

Timing/Results: We will be running our own timing system using HyTek and Finish Lynx cameras. We will be providing a full set of results as soon as possible after the meet. Official results will be posted on the web at: http://web.mit.edu/hwtaylor/mtfxc/xc/newmac/results.html.
