mit-upv archive.MIT-UPV online is an educational exchange that brings together international students eager for a glimpse of the MIT educational experience and MIT students interested in university life abroad. This project wishes to create a website through which MIT students learning Spanish and UPV students learning English can work together in designing and governing a "virtual university". Students at each university learn about and from the educational experiences of their MIT or UPV counterparts, while improving their foreign language skills. Students learn about the other's cultures and lifestyles and in the process, reflect on their own cultures. MIT-UPV is created in the HyperStudio in close collaboration with Douglas Morgenstern, Project Director and Senior Lecturer in Spanish, Fernando Brusola Simón, Director of the Master in Graphic Arts at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, and Rafael Seiz Ortiz, Universidad Politécnica de Valencia More info: http://mitupv.mit.edu/ |
