Registration details for residential participants

We have pre-reserved 37 rooms at Hothorpe Hall from Sunday March 24th
until Wednesday March 27th with a potential option to increase that to
55 rooms. WE ENCOURAGE ALL PARTICIPANTS TO REGISTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 

The conference fee for residential participants is 112 UK pounds/per day.
This includes accommodation and all meals.

Participants who are bringing a partner should specify they require a
double room. They will be charged an additional 38 UK pounds/per day
and this covers breakfast only for that person. Additional meals can
be purchased separately.

Hence,

The four day cost (participant only) is 448 UK pounds/person.
The four day cost (with partner) is 600 UK pounds/person.

Unfortunately, the conference venue does not accept payments from
individuals. This means that all conference fees must be paid to the
University of Leicester before the meeting. This must be done via bank
transfer into a special account setup for this purpose. The bank details are

To register for the conference all participants should return the form
below to Steve Sembay (sfs5@le.ac.uk) and Matteo Guainazzi
(Matteo.Guainazzi@sciops.esa.int) then make arrangements to pay the
conference fee. Rooms will only be reserved when the conference fee
has been received. IMPORTANT: WHEN MAKING THE PAYMENT you should
QUOTE THE FOLLOWING REFERENCE: "IACHEC-[YOUR NAME]"
(e.g.: "IACHEC-Steve Sembay"), so that we can track the payment.

Any participant who pays the fee then later finds they are unable to
attend will have the conference fee repaid less 10%. This is to cover
the cost of the deposit we have already paid for the venue.
