Notes on the 9th IACHEC Working Groups teleconference

1) 6th IACHEC meeting program

 The draft program is approved with the following modifications:

- a talk by A.Foster on ATOMDB shall be added [Session c)]
- a report talk from the non-thermal SNR Working Group shall be added (Session
  b)]
- a live-demo by E.Miller on the IACHEC Wiki system shall be added before
  the first session of WG meetings


2) The IACHEC Wiki system

 EM presents the IACHEC Wiki system. All WG Chairs are warmly encouraged to
register and get familiar with it before the 6th IACHEC meeting, for them to be
able to use it during the meeting if needed.


3) AOB

3.1 Meeting logistics

- 44 registration have been received so far. In the next days LN will have a
  meeting with the Villa Grazioli management to make a final inspection to the
  venue. Specific points to be addressed:
  . to verify that all the meeting rooms booked for the WG meetings have
    a projector
  . to verify the content of the "light dinner" on Sunday, and enquire costs
    and content of an upgrade to a complete dinner. Depending on the proposed
    alternatives, we may be polling the participants who asked for a light
    dinner on Sunday on whether they would be willing to upgrade to a complete
    dinner

- The meeting web page will be updated with the final program, and the list
  of participants/missions. The link to the updated page will be sent to all
  registered participants (second meeting announcement) by the end of this week

3.2 Old web site

 The "www.iachec.org" web site will remain operational until July 2011..
Since the old site still appears before the official when one Googles for
"IACHEC", MG will make sure that the two sites remains aligned.
