Dahn Hak is a traditional Korean holistic exercise program with a 10,000 year history, involving gentle stretching, breathing, meditation, energy training, and tai-chi. It is thought to provide benefits for both the body and mind, including tension/stress reduction, weight and blood pressure control, and disease prevention by generating a self-healing energy. Each session will be a combination of exercise and mediation.
