The MIT Bisexual, Gay and Lesbian Alumni group (BGALA) sponsors a panel discussion on the topic of being "out" in the workplace.  Local business and academic leaders are members of the panel.  Discussion topics include general social challenges associated with being "out" at work, and the legal rights of gays and lesbians in the workplace.  Refreshments will be served.
