An Introduction to the new Dahn Yoga Club! Dahn Hak is a traditional Korean holistic exercsie program combining yoga, meditation and tai chi. It has a 10,000 year history and is practiced by over 3,000,000 throughout the world. Dahn means 'red,' and symbolized the sun. Its deeper meaning is ENERGY, or KI: the universal energy that is the ultimate origin of all life. Hak means 'science', 'philosophy', and 'training'. So, Dahn Hak means ENERGY TRAINING. Dahn practice will restore natural energy circulation and maximize the healing power that lies within the body. Consistent practice will allow you to heal, strengthen, and integrate all aspects of yourself: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
