Single session event
A clinical psychologist offers an introduction to mindfulness meditation, used to manage difficult emotional states including anxiety, fear and depression. This session will also address the management of stress, pain, and illness, and will include a discussion on how meditation can mobilize inner resources for coping, healing, and improved health and well-being.
