Come and hear patent attorney Sam Pasternak of Choate, Hall and Stewart, and Jack Turner from the MIT Technology Licensing Office discuss the ins and outs of obtaining patents. This popular session covers a bit of patent history and a lot about the current practice, processes, and issues surrounding obtaining a patent.
