Prereq: Any level yoga
Arrive first day at 2pm wearing loose clothing and prepared to present a short piece in your performance area for the class. This intensive workshop will integrate yoga with your performing art by promoting flexibility, strength, efficient movement, and proper breathing. We hope to improve your concentration and free your expressive intentions.
