IS has been exploring more effective ways to provide support to faculty for their use of technology. A recent distributed support model has been developed, based on information gathered at the Institute and from benchmark institutions. Faculty and staff are invited to hear and comment on a new support approach emphasizing proactive consulting, simplified contact points and on-site service. Faculty feedback is particularly important.
