The Alexander Technique teaches simple but profound principles that govern human coordination and restores the body's inherent system designed to support us against gravity. Session 1 will focus on sitting; session 2 on standing and walking; session 3 on the use of the arms while compututing or writing. Turn fatigue into alertness; reduce strain and tension; promote ease and lightness. Sessions led by Lonna Keller (AMSAT Certification, MA in Movement Studies).
