You'll be introduced to basics of film criticism; brainstorm further development of an existing prototype of a Windows-based DVD annotation tool; hear weekly speakers; and make in-class presentations about some aspect of "The Fellowship of the Ring" using the new annotation technology. Access to Windows machine w/DVD player helpful, but not essential. Register with Ms. Lyons, say why you are interested, and whether you have a Windows machine w/DVD.
