Participants welcome at individual sessions (series)
Prereq: none
We welcome you to try the Korean martial art of Tae Kwon Do. You'll learn to execute powerful hand strikes, blocks, and kicks. Practicing brings many benefits: self discipline, physical conditioning, reduced stress, self-knowledge, and respect. No prior training is required, and IAP is geared toward integrating new members into the club. Simply show up 10-15 minutes before class starts wearing loose and comfortable exercise clothing. All classes are held in the Exercise Room on the 2nd floor of DuPont Athletic Center (W32).
