This session will review the principles, promises, and scientific underpinnings of the most popular diets on the market. Diets to be discussed include the high protein diet, the Zone, the blood type diet, and much more. Resources and successful strategies for weight management will be included. This session is co-sponsored by the department of Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreation.
