This class will teach the basics of breakdancing and popping. Breakin', an acrobatic dance form popularized in the early 1980's, has seen a recent resurgence across the country. Popping, a sometimes fluid, sometimes robotic, isolation-based dance form, provides the foundation for many of today's most recognizable dancers. No experience necessary. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
