IAP 2003 Activity


Festival of International Transgender Film

No enrollment limit, no advance sign up
Participants welcome at individual sessions (series)

This festival will show documentary and fiction movies which portray the lives of transgender people from a range of gender identities and expressions, including Bi-gender, Cross-Dressers, Drag-Kings, FTMs, Transvestite, Transsexuals and Intersex people in Africa, the Dominican Republic, India, Japan, in Norway, the UK, the US and Turkish immigrants in Germany. The festival aims to be a positive celebration of the diversity of gender globally and to offer insight into the lives of these special individuals. After the movie screenings there will be facilitated discussions.
