Participants requested to attend all sessions (non-series)
Prereq: Must receive class thru PE Lottery.
Teaches students proper techniques of lifting and spotting. Provides information for putting together individual workout programs. Weightlifting can be a lifetime activity and an integral part of overall fitness. Proper gym etiquette is taught and expected.
