This is an intense class designed to increase overall cardiovascular levels as well as muscle toning, agility and flexibility. The workout will be taught with high and low impact aerobics in three sections: a warm up session, a dynamic routine with participants building choreographed combinations focusing on both upper and lower body movements, and a cool down session. The last portion will isometrically target the back and the abdominals. Although no previous experience is required, prior participation in an aerobic or hi/lo class would be helpful. In addition, those with prior joint/back injuries can participate but are encouraged to do the movements low impact.
