Yoga is designed to improve strength, flexibility and decrease stress and relax the mind. This 90-minute class will focus on the discipline of Iyengar Yoga. This challenging and invigorating discipline of yoga builds strength and stamina. It creates flexibility, vigor, vitality, and a healthy life. $50 FEE
