Pre-Masters-Intro Stroke & IAP Swim

This program is designed for the beginner adult swimmer who wants to learn the fundamentals and gain endurance in swimming. This program will help prepare swimmers for either a Masters Swim Program or for the use of Adult Lap swimming as a form of aerobic exercise. Class has a minimum of 6 to run. FEE: $75, for credit.
