Intro to Water Fitness - Free
Participants welcome at individual sessions (series)
Increase your comfort in the water while still getting a great aerobic workout. This class is for the beginner that wants to learn the basics in water fitness. Dumbells, therma bands, and noodles are some of the equipment that will be used in this class.
