We'd like to demonstrate how to minimize one's environmental impact in every day life at MIT. We'll show how to reduce resource use (water, energy, trash) in the kitchen, classroom, bathroom, office and any other place we live/work in. As part of our workshop, we will be making apple crisp or some other tasty food. If you have any practical sustainability ideas, please come tell them to us at the workshop! The first day is oriented slightly more towards student life, while the second day is more towards the home and office. Both days are open to the MIT community.
