Experience basic Brain Respiration, a holisitc mind/body system for enhancing and developing the brain. This course will focus on developing concentration, memory and creativity. Participants will experience a variety of Brain Respiration exercises and will finish the course with tools to enhance academic and work performance and decrease the normal amount of time spent on these activities. Exercises also improve sleep quality and energy levels during the day.

A discussion group on the book The Twelve Enlightenments for Healing Society by Dr. Il Chi Lee. In his book, Dr. Lee shows readers how to become what he calls "enlightened activists" and push past the artificial boundaries of institutions that prevent us from realizing we are all members of the human society. "Only when you have achieved active enlightenmnet can you start to aid and even heal humanity," Dr. Lee explains. In his book, he takes the reader on a journey toward that enlightenment through twelve practical yet spiritual steps. Meetings will include simple yoga exercises to relax participants, discussion on book material, and meditation from the book's contents.

Yoga and Massage

Experience basic self-healing through yoga and meditation and experience sharing healing with others through basic massage for stress relief and relaxation. Each session will begin with yoga and meditation and finish with simple, comfortable, guided partner foot and shoulder massage. Participants will finish the course with a fuller sense of how to manage their health holistically and share this with others.
