Prereq: Chef's knife, cutting board
Fee: 25.00 for for ingredients and kitchen rental
Dust off that apron, roll up your sleeves, catch some culinary excitement, and join us for some delicious food! Menu this year will be Eggrolls, Summer Rolls, Grilled Pork Skewers and Banana Cake: all Vietnamese, all good! Hands-on class with supervision by the chefs; you will get all the experience you can get. Recipes of all dishes will be provided. Dishes are not vegetarian; they contain pork and shrimp. All participants must bring a chef's knife and cutting board. Fee includes a $5 cleaning deposit, and must be paid before the first day of class in order to secure a spot. This event is partly sponsored by the UA Finboard.
