Shotokan Karate is a classic Japanese martial art style. Its fundamental aim is to achieve mental and physical balance through training on breathing, basic techniques, and Katas. It increases body flexibility and strength and relieves stress. This IAP class will be taught by Grandmaster Kazumi Tabata, and is designed as an introductory class.

IAP class is held on Monday in the DuPont Multipurpose Room from 9-11 PM, and on Thursday in a location TBA from 7-9 PM.
